Karen Bricknell - Tax Associate, Bookkeeper

Karen serves the bookkeeping needs of our small business clients, and also prepares individual tax returns.  She has earned Quickbooks® ProAdvisor Gold certification, and is adept in helping clients transition to Quickbooks Online.  She has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, and worked for a number of years designing computer hardware.  This makes her a go-to technology troubleshooter in the office.  She also spent several years working in the Acton school system, specializing in mathematics, when her children were younger.  Her engineering background and varied skill set make her a great asset to the Goldberg & Vaccaro tax team. 

Karen lives in Stow, along with her husband Tom.  Their daughter Nicki is a middle school science teacher.  Their son Joshua and daughter Jordan are both college students, and enjoy playing on their college Ultimate Frisbee teams at Northeastern and Tufts.
